He attended the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in accounting before establishing his roots in the Alvin area. With an impressive career spanning 28 years in a Fortune 1000 company, Gallagher gained extensive experience across various stages of product development. His expertise encompasses budget management, the art of cost-effective problem-solving, and the skill of nurturing and leading global teams to success.

Thomas's journey to Zoom Drain was inspired by his personal challenges of finding reliable plumbers to maintain the drains of his eight single-family rental properties.
