    "Fantastic customer service. Richard came twice to look at a laundry drain that was slowly backing up. I couldn’t recreate the problem for him when he was here, so Richard checked a few typical problem spots with me. After those looked good, he told me just to call him back if I had the issue again, but otherwise the problem looked like it had resolved itself. I took up a ton of his time and asked him to please let me pay him just for inspecting everything, but he insisted that he was just happy to help. I highly recommend Richard and Zoom Drain.     We plan on scheduling Zoom Drain to service the pump because Richard was so helpful and honest.

He also said changing the bad float was easy and we could do it ourselves, saving money. He did this while walking through Publix shopping! We plan on scheduling Zoom Drain to service the pump because Richard was so helpful and honest."
