“I sent a quote request on Sunday evening via the Thumbtack app and Ken called me the same day. He was able to immediately send out his staff on Monday to evaluate the situation. Cam and Hugh were able to identify the issue as they kept me informed of the process and the factoring causes. Not only did they resolve the issue-(roots in the pvc pipe were preventing water from properly draining from the house)-not an issue I would have ever anticipated! They were very knowledgeable and efficient as they were able to resolve this and provide same day services. They were friendly, easy to communicate with and efficient. This is exceptional customer service and satisfaction! I am very satisfied and impressed on how quickly they resolved this problem which could have led to a larger problem.
