“We’re in Kansas and ZOOM just landed here this year. We’re not even on their drop down menu. I had a 2 hour window and they missed it, but texted me when my tech was on his way. Marcus, a Navy vet, came to take care of my clog. He was exceptionally polite and tried everything he thought could be the problem before having to revert to a more expensive fix. We’ve had issues in our 44 year old house periodically these past several years. Ultimately he had to snake my line. We ran tons of water and it didn’t move like he thought it should. He used the camera, which no one else was able to get where we were certain we had a problem. He found another clog, or the one he just moved down the line and broke it up. He put the camera down again as I watched the progress. Success. He cleaned up after himself and thanked me for calling Zoom. I am a realtor living in Johnson County.
