Very honest folks - advised us that it was most likely a temporary blockage and spent the time to educate us on habits to prevent a real more permanent problem. Honest businesses are hard to find these days - Will definitely call them back!

    Currently in the process of buying a house in Seattle. After getting a very vague inspection done by the current homeowner, I called Zoom just to be safe. The knowledge and honest feedback from the video I sent them helped me feel a lot better about moving forward. Trustworthy folks are hard to come by anymore, but thankfully I found Zoom.

    Zoom came out to help me figure out why water was backing up into my basement. When they did a scope of my pipe, they found a large collection of roots about 56 feet in. What started as a cluttered, dirty clog was left spotless by the team at Zoom Drain. I can’t recommend them enough.

    I thought all the five star reviews were a little too good to be true, but I was happily proven wrong. Our tech showed up ahead of schedule, they helped walk me through what my drain problem was and within no time they got to work. They really backed up the title of being one of the highest rated in my area.
