Meet The Owner

Zoom Drain of Sarasota is owned and operated by Todd Hiser, a seasoned businessman with extensive plumbing and contractor experience.

Todd has his Bachelor of Science degree in operations management and his MBA from Penn State University. He spent three years working as a general contractor and six working with a master plumber before moving into the corporate sector, where he spent 35 years as a project manager and a senior buyer for various firms.

Todd decided to strike out on his own and found Zoom Drain to be the ideal business for him. “The franchisor has a huge team that is here to get me up and running, from marketing and accounting to training, the procurement of trucks and equipment, HR, pricing, and manuals for everything,” says Todd. He believes that with the right support and a tried-and-true business framework to help foster growth, success is inevitable. This is what he has found within the Zoom Drain family.

Todd moved to the Sunshine State in 2021, chasing the year-round balmy breezes and cool coastal lifestyle. He fell in love with the friendly local community and is excited to provide world-class service to Sarasota and beyond.
