“I am a first time home buyer and had quite the flooded basement my first weekend after moving in. I called Zoom Drain and they were able to send someone out the very next morning. Joe and Ben assessed the situation and were able to come up with a few possible causes fairly quickly. After further investigation it was obvious the repair was going to be a much bigger job. The Zoom Drain crew worked hard for several hours in order to remove some wall to get to and replace some rotted pipes. After all that they informed me of my bill and it was more than reasonably priced! I will definitely be going to them for my future needs.”
