Andrew Dixon is the owner/operator of Zoom Drain Raleigh Southeast. Andrew has spent the last eight years in the plumbing field, working in both service plumbing and plumbing & mechanical work. “My career thus far has given me insights on the day-to-day life of a service tech,” says Andrew. “I also have good examples of small home service businesses and how they run. This provides me with a solid foundation to build Zoom Drain Raleigh Southeast.”
Andrew’s experience cleaning drains and his communication with other Zoom Drain team members pushed him to join the Zoom Drain family. “The home service industry is so essential,” says Andrew. “Especially when it comes to things like drains, HVAC, electrical, and many others. When COVID hit, we saw how important and recession-proof the industry is and how progressive and growth-oriented businesses benefitted.”
Andrew is proud to offer drain and sewer cleaning services to the Raleigh Southeast area. He eventually plans to expand his territory. “My territory comprises multiple small towns all around a larger metro area,” says Andrew. “The people are down to earth, excited for good people to join them, and they are big on supporting businesses with accountability.” Andrew is excited to offer essential services to the people of the local community, including 24/7, 365 service without additional charges for nights, weekends or holidays.
Andrew’s plumbing background and home services expertise uniquely position him and his team of service technicians to offer expert service in the Southeast Raleigh area. He looks forward to working with local businesses and residents of Furquay, Clayton, Garner, and beyond.

A cleanout is a pipe fitting that provides easy access for drain cleaning. If your plumbing system doesn't already have one, Zoom Drain can install a cleanout, which can save you time and money when clearing future blockages.
-
Sewer lining is a trenchless method of repairing damaged pipes by inserting a liner into the existing pipe. The liner hardens into a new pipe, sealing any cracks or leaks. It’s less invasive and often more cost-effective than traditional sewer replacement.
-
Signs that your sewer line may need repair or replacement include:
- Persistent slow drains or backups.
- Unpleasant odors coming from your drains.
- Wet spots or patches of lush greenery in your yard (indicating leaks).
- Gurgling sounds in your toilet or sinks. Zoom Drain provides comprehensive sewer repair, lining, and replacement services.
-
A malfunctioning sewage pump may show signs like:
- Sewage backup or slow draining.
- Foul odors or gurgling noises.
- Inconsistent or no pump operation. Regular inspections and maintenance can prevent costly failures.
-
Signs of sump pump issues include:
- Water pooling around the sump pump area.
- Strange noises when the pump operates.
- Pump not turning on or off properly.
- Water not being pumped out effectively. Zoom Drain can inspect and provide repair or replacement services.
-
Jetting from the roof vent involves sending high-pressure water through your drain lines starting from the roof vent, which clears out blockages from the top of the pipes. This technique can reach clogs that are deep within the system, particularly for stubborn, hard-to-reach blockages.
-
Hydrojetting is a technique where high-pressure water is used to clean drains. It’s especially effective for removing grease, debris, and tree roots. This method is ideal for tougher clogs that can't be easily cleared with standard tools.
-
Zoom Drain uses advanced tools like:
- Hydrojetting machines for powerful, high-pressure water cleaning.
- Sewer cameras to inspect and locate blockages deep within your pipes.
- Locators to precisely find and identify issues underground or behind walls.
- Traditional augers for mechanical drain clearing when necessary.
