    While Zoom Drain is a playful name - the people sent out to assess our problem were knowledgeable and personable professionals - who spent hours trying to figure out exactly where and what the problems were - and how the problems could be best addressed for the least amount of money. Having done that they're coming back to put in some new piping but as of now Zoom Drain earned its five stars with exemplary customer service and honest hard work.
