“I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We faced a nasty homeowner experience in late June, when we were in the process of selling our home. On the day after it was inspected, we had a sewage backup. BGE diagnosed a break in the line under our front steps, and gave the job to the Dundalk office of Zoom Drain. It’s a family franchise, as we were in the good hands of several father-son teams. It took longer than anticipated to find the specific location of the break, but they stayed on the job until we had service returned on the same day. John B was our MVP, he returned the next to run the backhoe, and put the dirt back in place.”
