Schedule on time, courteous (shoe covers, co-vid mask, drop cloths, etc), and able to complete a job another plumbing company was not able to complete (clogged drain). Repair person was friendly, courteous. Office staff were right on for scheduling (I needed further work unrelated to work just performed, and they had it scheduled before Nick (our repair person) had even left the property. I will only use Zoom for any and all plumbing and drain needs in the future.”
