    My wife and I loved that they sent a text with a picture and bio of who would be helping us. The pictures and videos of our drain helped us clearly see the problem and helped us with deciding what steps to take next.     My son was taking a nap when Zoom Drain showed up and I was really nervous they were going to wake him up. They were very courteous and quietly got to work on fixing the problem. I am really pleased with their work and their professionalism!

    Our house flooded for the first time in 15 years, but Zoom Drain was able to diagnose that our sump pump had a bunch of debris resting on the bottom. They came to our rescue and were able to replace our pump in no time. Hopefully this mean’s we’ll be A-Okay the next time we get hit with a big storm!
