    “We’re in Kansas and ZOOM just landed here this year. We’re not even on their drop down menu. I had a 2 hour window and they missed it, but texted me when my tech was on his way. Marcus, a Navy vet, came to take care of my clog. He was exceptionally polite and tried everything he thought could be the problem before having to revert to a more expensive fix. We’ve had issues in our 44 year old house periodically these past several years. Ultimately he had to snake my line. We ran tons of water and it didn’t move like he thought it should. He used the camera, which no one else was able to get where we were certain we had a problem. He found another clog, or the one he just moved down the line and broke it up. He put the camera down again as I watched the progress. Success. He cleaned up after himself and thanked me for calling Zoom. I am a realtor living in Johnson County. I will definitely use and recommend Zoom from now on.”

    “This is my new 'go to' company when I have plumbing/drainage problems. We tried to clear a drain ourselves and after several attempts, we were having no luck and we were getting more desperate, but money was tight. These guys came out and took care of us. They were on time, they called before they came out, as they said they would, they listened to us and they started where we told them we thought the problem was. The estimate is free. They gave us worst scenario, and then tried a few other things to see if we could avoid worst case - which we did, thanks to these guys. They also gave us maintenance tips to avoid ongoing problems in the future, and were very conscientious to clean up after themselves. Always polite, upfront and professional through every step. You wont be disappointed with this company!”
