Meet Our team

Ernst and Amanda Cajuste

Ernst and Amanda Cajuste are a dynamic husband-and-wife team behind Zoom Drain Central Texas. These accomplished entrepreneurs offer a wealth of experience and expertise to the Zoom Drain family, serving the drain and sewer needs of central Texas, including Austin and its surrounding communities. 

The Cajustes moved to Austin in 2010 and fell in love with the Texan lifestyle. Ernst, who is originally from Chicago, Illinois, received his Bachelor of Arts at Lawrence University and Amanda has an Associate of Science degree in business and marketing.

Ernst’s career has focused on business development, including sales, relationship management and customer satisfaction. Amanda’s exceptional organizational skills, team management, problem solving, leadership and company growth acumen provide the perfect foundation for Zoom Drain Central Texas. 

The Cajustes were drawn to the Zoom Drain brand due to its exceptional franchisee support system, economic robustness, and expansive territory opportunities. Together with their three children, who they one day hope to integrate into the family business, the Cajustes are excited to provide the local community that they have come to call home with a vital service. They spend their days participating in all of the outdoor activities that Austin and central Texas has to offer, from professional sporting events to spending time on the water at the pool or lake to working with local charities and other philanthropic endeavors.

Particularly, Austin is the gentleman we request because he has always afforded 'top notch' service. That said, I highly recommend Zoom Drain (and Austin) for your next cast iron drain cleaning service. Note: Zoom Drain offers a regularly scheduled drain cleaning service that can save you money if you need it.

Daniel was able to show up very early the day after our sewage pipe was clogged and flooded our first floor. He drained the water and used a camera to go down the pipe to find out what caused the clog. He then unclogged the pipe and told us what immediate repair we'll need to do on the pipe leading from the house to the street.

Really amazing experience with Zoom today. JC came through at the end of an already long day, full of helpful enthusiasm to figure out what was going wrong with our pipes. And figure it out he did, with friendly expertise, walking and talking me through the process every step of the way, laying some much-needed education on me as he worked. It was nearly 8 p.m. by the time he was able to leave, but he was just as friendly leaving as when he walked in. Best of all, the current problem was fixed, and an even bigger problem (one that we suspected) was confirmed via camera. Not great news, but really great to know for sure what's going on down there. This kind of work is never cheap, but we feel really good about the value we got from Zoom, thanks to great service from JC.

JC was awesome and he came out on his birthday! He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He located the septic tank for us and scoped the piping, showing my husband that it looked good and was in good condition. The company that came out for our home warranty request had told us the clean out was full of roots and was in bad shape. A separate company came last July, just before we purchased the property and "pumped" the septic. However, from the overflowing yuck in the yard and what JC showed us, that obviously didn't happen.
