Brett Shields served as a Navy Submariner, where he managed complex drainage systems aboard submarines, followed by a career as a police officer. His expertise in operations, problem-solving, and risk management is instrumental in leading the new Zoom Drain team.

Jillian Shields is a seasoned NCAA DII soccer coach whose leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement skills translate perfectly to managing a successful franchise.

Ronald Jones brings his extensive experience as a government contractor for the Navy, specializing in contract management, financial oversight, and risk assessment. His meticulous approach ensures the highest standards in service delivery.

Mary Jones, the current CEO of a finance company, adds strategic decision-making, innovation, and financial management to the team’s collective expertise. Her leadership will guide the franchise to new heights of success.
